Returns and Exchanges

Effective for all sales made on January 8, 2014, and onwards.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • All returns must have a return authorization number (R.A.#). Please call or email us with a reason for return, invoice number, and date of purchase.
  • Boots worn on pavement will NOT be accepted.
  • Defective items need to be returned with their original packaging within 30 days.
  • All returns without an R.A.# will be returned.

Online Orders:

Refunds for online orders may take 3 to 5 business days to process.

Sale Items 50% Off:

All items that are 50% off are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Include a packing slip with your name, phone number, size, and description of the item you need to exchange. Please include your order number if you have it. Upon receipt of your return, we will email you on the status of your exchange (we may have to re-order the size you need). You will be charged for freight and/or special ordering costs we incur during the exchange. All returns must be insured by the customer in case of a lost package.

Include a packing slip with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. Expect a full refund only if the return is a result of our error.
