Alcala’s offers free fast alterations on everything they sell. They will make sure your jeans, jacket, chaps, hat, etc. fit just right in about a week or less. They also offer hat cleaning and shaping (which I believe costs around $7). All the staff there are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Maria and Jessica. It is always a treat to visit Alcala’s and I’m happy to support this small business over Amazon or other stores that do not offer alternations or genuinely care that you’re happy with your purchase.

Effective for all sales made on January 8, 2014, and onwards.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • All returns must have a return authorization number (R.A.#). Please call or email us with a reason for return, invoice number, and date of purchase.
  • Boots worn on pavement will NOT be accepted.
  • Defective items need to be returned with their original packaging within 30 days.
  • All returns without an R.A.# will be returned.

Online Orders:

Refunds for online orders may take 3 to 5 business days to process.

Sale Items 50% Off:

All items that are 50% off are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Include a packing slip with your name, order number, and the reason for your return if wish to have item refunded or exchanged.

. Expect a full refund only if the return is a result of our error. 

In order to return your item for exchange or return, you may use any carrier of your choice. Please have the item sent to the address above and once tracking is available, please email us at orders@alcalas.com the tracking number even a photo would be much appreciated! You have 30 days from delivery date to return the item new with tags all on .

When buying your own label, make sure to purchase insurance for the shipment in case of lost/theft for the value of the item. This is very important as we are not responsible for lost or theft of shipment. 
Also, easier option we can provide you a return label and once we receive your item, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund/exchange. If would like us to provide the label please email us at orders@alcalas.com

We do charge shipping on exchanges that includes the return shipment and the new shipment that includes the exchanged item.

Please make sure the shipping box is still in good shape and ensure item is shipped same way it was received to avoid any damage to the item.
