Sure, Alcala’s offers a full suite of care products for the DIY set, but Alcala’s also has a staff that knows its way around a Stetson, so you can feel confident in leaving your hat in our capable hands. Not only do we clean your hat, but we can shape or reshape a new or existing hat. Adjust the brim, block the crown, we can do it all, and if we’re not bust we can do it while you wait. We also offer sweatband replacement, brim cutting and so much more. We’ve got the tools and having been in business for over 45 years, we’ve definitely got the talent. If you bought your hat here, we’ll clean it for $8 and if you didn’t buy it here, cleanings start at $25

We do things old-school here at Alcala’s and that includes having a tailor on staff to make sure that whatever you buy, in every sense of the term, is a perfect fit!
Alterations: When you buy clothing at Alcala’s, the alterations are free*. That’s right, we’ll take in your shirt, hem up your jeans, whatever we need to do to make sure you feel confident and cool in your new threads. You can even bring in outside clothes for alterations.
Custom Tailoring:
They call our tailor “Maestro” and it’s easy to see why. The clothes he makes are nothing short of symphonies. We’ve made snake-skin suits, custom motorcycle seats and jackets, a tequila holster, shirts, ties, dog collars and too many cool things to list here. Boot Cleaning
Whether your cowboy boots cost 100 bucks or $13K (Yes, that’s our most expensive boot in the store -Lucchese L1067-24 ), you want to take care of them and the best way to do that is to have them cleaned and conditioned on a regular basis. Not only does Alcala’s offer a full selection of products to maintenance your boots, but we also have an in-house cleaning service and if you bought your boots from our store (you’ll see an “Alcala’s” stamp in the shaft), it only costs you $8 to get your boots cleaned by one of our experts. Cowhide, snakeskin, gator, we’ve got the tools and the talent to make them look new again. Even if you didn’t your boots from here, we’ll still clean them for you. We can also do shoes as well. Cleanings start at $15 per pair, please bring your boots in for a quote. If we’re not too busy, we’ll try to clean ‘em while you wait, otherwise, just leave them with us and we’ll take good care of them. New boot buyers often ask us how often they should be cleaned. We recommend a cleaning after any excessive use outdoors or overexposure to water and at least twice a year as routine maintenance.
